The Addams Family
Book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice.
Music and Lyrics by Andrew Lippa.
Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet young man from a respectable Ohio family. In one fateful night, the Addams family hosts a dinner for Wednesday's 'normal' boyfriend and his parents, forcing Gomez Addams to keep a secret from his wife, Morticia, for the first time. As secrets are revealed and relationships are tested, the family must face the one thing they've avoided for generations: change.
